Problem :

Sakhab still in its MVP stage, the biggest challenge was attracting brands to trust and try the platform despite well-established competitors in the Saudi and broader Arab market. The goal was not just to gain attention, but to position Sakhab as a serious competitor from day one, converting new visitors into loyal customers. Traditional subscription-based pricing models used by competitors presented a barrier to trial, especially for brands unfamiliar with Sakhab or those already tied to other platforms.

Solution :

After conducting a detailed competitive analysis and multiple brainstorming sessions, I introduced a dual pricing model that included:
Standard subscription plans (to align with industry expectations),
A flexible pay-per-video system — allowing brands to customize their order based on the number of videos and creative requirements, even for a single video.

This gave hesitant or first-time users a low-risk, high-reward entry point to experience the platform. I validated this idea with real marketing managers through user interviews, received positive feedback from stakeholders, and gained full alignment from the internal team. The solution was implemented and is now awaiting performance evaluation in upcoming product iterations.

In a world full of polished ads, people crave authenticity. Brands often struggle to find creators who truly get their voice, while creators lack fair, transparent platforms, The challenge was to build a digital space that connects both sides—brands and creators—through a seamless, results-driven, and trustworthy experience.
